Throughout the round, a player's Mood, (displayed in the form of an emoticon next to the player's name), will increase either positively or negatively, depending on what the player is doing. A player's mood will affect gameplay in the forms of various buffs or debuffs.
If a player's mood is Happy or Overjoyed, (The emoticon is in the form of a :) or a :D and is colored green), they will receive a positive buff to these stats:
- Swing Speed
- Movement Speed
- Sleep Timer (The time it takes before someone wakes up from the
/sleep
command can be decreased to 70 or 60 seconds.)
The various actions that can increase a player's mood level are:
- Eating food in the form of a Burger or a Banana.
- Taking a shower.
- Sleeping in a bed. (Note: If you have the Paranoid trait, you will not receive a increase in your mood upon waking up and instead will have a decrease in your mood.)
If a player's mood is Sad or Depressed, (The emoticon is in the form of a :( and is colored either blue or gray), they will receive a negative buff to these stats:
- Swing Speed
- Movement Speed
- Sleep Timer (The time it takes before someone wakes up from the
/sleep
command can be increased to either 85 to 90 seconds.)
The various actions that can decrease a player's mood are:
- Slipping on either a Banana Peel, or from any object with the Clumsy trait.
- Hurting a player.
- Killing a player. (This will instantly set your character to the Depressed mood.)
- Taking damage.
- Sleeping on the floor without the Heavy Sleeper trait.
- Waking up while having the Paranoia trait.
